Seen any good [regular movies] ?

We do not go to the movies often, maybe 1-2 times per year. However, I did just take my daughter to "She's the Man" and we both loved it. Ok for mid-teen's and up.

Bust most likely you were talking about new (2005). I just saw it yesterday, (shame on me), and I loved it a lot! It has a lot of jaw-dropping scenes, its romantic, funny, scary and well produced. Serious, guys, u should watch it!!

i wanna see hong kong.. but who knows when i'll make it to the theatres again soon..
think last movie i seen otherwise.. at home was Hitch.
Hint to you guys... the guy goes in 90% of the way.. and the girl comes in on the 10%.. or at least thats how Hitch puts it.

Hitch put it well, but, I think, if im gonna go 90 I dont think im gonna stop there and stare at ur face for 2 min until you figure out how to response... so i say go a 100  About the movies, recently seen, Eight Below (not that bad), Cinderella Man(recomend it), 16 blocks(If u are a fen of Bruce Willis, whatch it)... and there is couple movies out there that might be worth paying $10... V for Vendeta, Runnig Scared, Stay Alive.

Its a good movie but not enough action thats the only bad thing about but i do like the sound track from the movie

Just got back home from seeing "the hills have eyes" in my estimation it was psycho, bloodbath, a waste of money, I thought it sucked, but the popcorn, M&M's with peanuts and diet coke wasnt too bad.

I can see Hothand's point here.
I like "horror" movies, but try to avoid the gratuitous stuff (gratuitous sex, ok....but gratuitous violence, no)
A well directed movie with a gripping screenplay will give me goosebumps, make me jump from my seat and scare the fuck outta me more so than allot of decapitation and disembowelment.....and others will prefer the special effects and gore.

We just don't get out either. My parents saw 8 below and loved it. We usually until they come out on DVD, then wait until those prices come down.

Oh yeah...the "Halloween" series is just classic! Especially the very first one with Jamie Lee Curtis, there's an excellent documentary on that movie, goes into depth about how they produced such a gem with a lame-ass tiny little budget!
I'm not dissing gore, hey ,some of my best friends are "gratuitous violence" people!!!

yeah but that 10% must be a lot further than the 90%
its not even close to new or first time I saw it but the other night i watched Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man... i like it.

I liked Easy Rider and since Peter Fonda and Dennis Hopper's still around and they didn't show them die,I think they should make a part two where they lived and got married and had kids that got their dad's bike out of the garage where they've been stored since they were shot and fixed them up,then go riding across country and so on.

i thought it was a good movie... although i will admit towards the end it seems like there was this tremendous amount of blood everywhere (i'm coming to figure out i can only handle soo much of that).. other than that.. it was good.
