Seriously, last summer, I went to the job site a few times wearing a little too little and one of my workers did tell me that it was a problem. He didn't want to think of me in a halter and skirt. This summer that won't be a problem.

New rules, old rules???? At one job the rule was if you looked at a member of the opposite sex for more than 15 seconds, you where in violation. At my current job, we've had both men and women fired for saying, or doing something stupid. But most of the time, there's no problems, it really comes down to personality conflicts, and one just can't stand whom ever is mouthing off, so they file complaints and get them fired. I worked with a lady that quit her job of 12 years, because the boys there gave her so much crap, mostly about being female in a male dominated field, and about her perceived sexual orientation.

I know this is  so y'all will have to forgive me but I just have to tell this story..... and please, no offense to people of the spanish/mexican pursuasion!
My uncle lives in Florida and has been working construction all his life. Working in it for many years myself, from my observation, most brick layers are mexican. Just about every time my uncle goes to a job, they never fail to sling mortor all over his truck... no matter how far away he parks. Well, the other day he finally got fed up with it and lost it. He was loading his tools up and noticed dried mortor on the side of his truck. The brick layers were standing out there and he asked them, "what the fuck is wrong with y'all? How the hell do you manage to sling mortor this far, all over my truck, and not have the curtesy to come and tell me about it?!!" The guy, in a smartass tone, told him, "tough luck, man... why don't you try parking further away next time."
That was it, the straw that broke the camel's back. He saw red... reached in the back of the truck, grabbed a shovel and knocked him upside the head with it!
The guy fell like a ton of... well.... bricks!  and stayed on the ground for a while.
The superintendant came up and said, "Mike, you can't be doin' that shit!"
I'll tell ya' what. It's a good thing it was a shovel and not his bare hands! He's a fairly big guy!
Anyhow, just thought I'd share that with y'all...

Yea I had the same problem, so I had to punish her by sending her to the bedroom and teaching her a thiing a two.
