It all depends on teh guy ladies. Like myself. I keep mine trimmed for the only reason that I have a gut. It's not to the point where it hangs over and touches anything. But I noticed when I shaved it clean it makes my gut look bigger. But when I have a nice little trail going down there it looks more flat. Wish I had a before & after picture to show. I don't mind the hair in my teeth, I never turned down a pussy yet because of too much hair.
I just prefer the appearance of trimmed and shaven. It also makes things easier, as in locating the correct places to insert objects and to not insert things. (for you guys)

On a complete whim, I once shaved my pubic hair off but let it grow back - personally it didn't do much for me, and since I was single at the time didn't have anyone else to tell me otherwise!

you're right, if a man is very hairy he shouldn't shave, just trim and be neat. If he is mostly clean, I like to have them shave the hair on their cock and balls now and then, it makes them look clean and makes oral sex far more enjoyable for me.
