I'm a mom...not a bikermom...but a mom nonetheless...does that count?

This whole week pretty much sucked! Getting the kiddos situated in school was a bit of a pain in the ass! They gave my son and my daughter their schedules last week at the meeting before school started. My son's was fine but my daughter's had band on it and no art. Well, at the end of last year they had the kids pick 3 electives. She chose band AND art! This year they have a new class... advisory (long story). We told them after the meeting that she wanted art.

Monday morning rolls around and they have her a new schedule with art on it. She went to class that day. The next day they give her another schedule with band on it again! She told them she was in art! Well, the high school band director pulls her out of her last class and asks her why she's not in band.

He did what I couldn't do.. talked some sense into her. Soooooooo, she wants to stay in band again and the director said he'd get it straightened out. Wednesday rolls around and she has band but she is supposed to be in honors math.

Thursday: They give her a revised schedule with honors math but it has art on it again!

By this time I'm ripping all my hair out

Anyhow, had to go to the office this morning and get everything straightened out. Today's the last day to change schedules. Thank goodness that's over with!

Then she wore a read sweat jacket yesterday morning. The vice principle made her put it in the office till the end of the day. Told her not to bring a red jacket next time. Nowhere in the frickin' dress code does it specify what color jackets they can and cannot wear!

I can't stand the f***** anyhow. I may have to go postal this year. Anyone willing to testify on my behalf? Maybe post bail?

Anyhow, thanks for letting me vent.... I know, minor problems in the scheme of things but my nerves are frazzled. It'll get better soon, I'm sure
