I have the my mortgage guy comin' at 10, so's I gotta go, unfortunately, for now, but I'll be back on when we're done...Hopefully Ya'll will still be around!?  I'll look for ya'!

Should be...so far a quiet day at the office. So, if I could just rustle Jack around...and the rest of you, them maybe my day won't take forever...
