How many explosions, gruesome murders, cool special effects and nude scene does it have?
Ummmmmm....... none! But this guy gets a shotgun pointed at his face!
The closest to nude they get is Reese Witherspoon in a silk nightgown
Sounds good, I'll put it on my list of films to watch, just after Poseidon.
Poseidon was AWESOME, they did a great job with the effects, I believed it!
Haven't seen "Walk The Line" Yet, but did you see the remake of "Walking Tall"? Very well done, the family was happy with it. Saw all of the old movies, love to watch them, if 1/2 of what they filmed is true, he was one bad*ss man!
I haven't seen that yet but I definitely will!
I noticed you mentioned Ewan Mcgregor in another post... and someone mentioned Scarlett Johansson. They played in a movie together called "The Island." I had never seen any previews for it when it was new but I watched it a few weeks ago. Pretty cool sci-fi movie!

Yep...Logan's Run has become a bit of a cult classic!
What was the name of that other Farrah sci-fi movie where she starred with an older actor (Charleton Heston maybe?)
They were a couple on like a space station, and some guy comes aboard to build them this robot, and the guy and the robot start gettin all out of line with Farrah???

parts of "the Island" are lifted almost verbatim from Aldous Huxley's "Brave new World" one of the few books in the world I can honestly state that I HATE. Read it not too long ago and it was very depressing.
How ironic that I like the movie, eh?

I saw it back in the summer, if you liked the book, I'm sure your enjoy the film as well. Not quite sure about Tom Hanks playing the part of Robert Langdon though, Jeff Bridges would of been much better, in my opinion.
Not sure why there's all the controversy about it, the Nag Hammadi codexes make it quite clear, that there was a close relationship between Jesus and Mary Magdalen.

Rented "Prairie Home Companion" dvd last night -Meryl Streep, Garrison Keilor, Lily Tomlin, Woody Harrelson and enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would, of course half of that is that I'm still in love with Streep. You should like it especially if your from anywhere near Minnesota, S Dakota or Wisc.

I haven't seen the second one, but the first one is about a US navy pilot shot down over Bosnia, while he's waiting to get rescued the Serbian forces are trying to hunt him down, lots of action throughout the film, good popcorn flick.

yes and the really cool thing is it is based in part on what that pilot who was shot down over Bosnia and had to survive for a week, I think it was, without being captured or killed, before we could get him out.
The second one is total fiction, an aborted attempt to destroy a nuclear ICBM by the SEALS in NK. 2 of them are out of the plane and "in country" before the abort comes down, 1 more jumps against orders and one is accidently pulled out of the plane by the wind. Good Flick!

If you can sit through those two and not find them funny, then open your mouth real wide, insert a 9 millimeter or a firearm of your choice and pull the trigger, because you are not a fit human being to occupy the same terra firma as myself!
