I've rented a few movies lately and I can't tell you any good ones(bad movie choices) but I can tell you to stay as far away from Open Water and Dracula 3000 as you can.

As far as possible! Run even!

Re: Seen any good [regular movies] ?
Is that out yet, because I'd like to see that one too!

I saw White Noise not too long ago. The movie itself wasn't spectacular or all that scary, but the idea behind it (which is real) was facinating.

Just saw Million Dollar Baby.

A work of art

Even this tough soldier couldn't help but weep. I was the same way with Saving Private Ryan. It should win some Oscars.

Damn, I wish I had read this before I rented "Open Water" Saturday night. It sucked! Luckily I had "spider Man 2" also, which was pretty good.

I watched both 'Ray' and 'Collateral' last night. I know I need a life! Anyway both are worth the time and $1.99 rental. Deye gives them both two thumbs up.

Re: Seen any good [regular movies] ?

1 hr. 40 min. A young man named Adam (LEIGH WHANNELL) wakes to find himself chained to a rusty pipe inside a decrepit subterranean chamber. Chained to the opposite side of the room is another bewildered captive, Dr. Lawrence Gordon (CARY ELWES). Between them is a dead man lying in a pool of blood, holding a .38 in his hand. Neither man knows why he has been abducted; but instructions left on a microcassette order Dr. Gordon to kill Adam within eight hours. If he fails to do so, then both men will die, and Dr. Gordon's wife, Alison (MONICA POTTER), and his daughter will be killed. Recalling a recent murder investigation by a police detective named Tapp (DANNY GLOVER), Dr. Gordon realizes he and Adam are the next victims of a psychopathic genius known only as "Jigsaw." With only a few hours left to spare, they must unravel the elaborate puzzle of their fate in the midst of mounting terror. The killer has provided them with only a few clues and two handsaws - too weak to break their steel shackles, but strong enough to cut through flesh and bone.
Release Date: October 29, 2004 (wide).
MPAA Rating: R for strong grisly violence and language

I didn't know you were the violent typr????

The movie wasn't grissly or bloody and I turned my head during the sawing part. It was a good movie for adults definately not for those who have mental problems to begin with.

Re: Seen any good [regular movies] ?
If Im gonna pay to see a movie there's gonna be alot of laughing or erotic love making or a combination of both in the movie. I know lots of women who say they like watching violent movies, but when it actualy happens to them, it turns out to be a life long ordeal, talk about mixed emotions!

went and saw constantine last night. i'd say it's pretty good if you're into good versus evil demon fighting stuff. really good special effects and some funny parts. it's kind of long but still worth seeing. especially if you catch a matinee for less money. that's always better!

Last week, saw "Passion", Didn't like it thought it may have been way over done, technicly from the beeting he would have went into shock and died, and never made it to go on and be crucified. Last nite, saw "Jersey Girl", I thought it was an excelent movie, very funny, its worth the money !

I watched Jersey Girl the other day, too! I cried like a baby! lol

A Lot Like Love is pretty good, too. I like it!

Hitchiker's Guide To The Galaxy was pretty funny. The president of the galaxy is a nutball... he makes the movie

Sean (Shaun/Shawn??) Of The Dead was pretty funny, too.

Been tryin' to see Chicken Little and King Kong but they're never in at BB

I'll have to catch the second one, the first one was great. I heard Johnny Depp used Keith Richards (Rolling Stones) as a model for his Jack Sparrow character.
I can see the resemblance!

Scare factor 8
Freaky factor 10
Scared the hell out of me 10!
Make me have nightmares for a week 100!!!

All in all it was pretty damn good!

If you rent it, watch the previews! Look for:

Ghost Rider
The Woods
&
Population 436

That Ghost Rider looks like it's gonna Nicolas Cage plays the lead role.
