Paddy's new wellys...
Paddy gets a job on a building site as a labourer. His boss issues him brand new pair of Wellington boots. He sees a big red ‘L’ on one boot and a big red ‘R’ on the other and asks the boss what it meant? The boss replied, “Ah, that’s sos ya knows which goes on ya left foot and which one for da right foot”. “Argh!”, exclaims Paddy. “Dat's bloody smart, now I’ll always remember”. At the end of his shift, Paddy decides to clean them up and wear them home and impress the missus. As he walks through door, Aileen looks up at him in agasp. “Oh me goodness Patrick, you look as grand as a Prince, but wot's the L&R on ‘em for”? Paddy explains that it means he will always know which way round to wear them. Sounding surprised, Aileen shrieks out, “B’Jesus Patrick”. "I’ve always been wonderin’ why it had C&A on the label inside me panties”.
