why do they...?
why do guys do this? Today at work, I was one of the cashiers back in the big ol' chilly section of the store and this girl comes through my line. So as I'm checking out her merchandise for her-this guy who I work with(who I believe I mentioned before about some crappy date and such if I remember right) comes over and starts bagging her stuff (in which I didn't need help, but he did it anyways) and starts talking to her like he's big and macho and knows another chick other than me. So he's standing there talking to her like he can talk to any girl that comes into view and when she handed over her check, I seen what her name was and figured out who she was by a friend of mine and then started talking to her. (sometimes I have to see their face and names first before I recognize who they are if i don't know them a whole lot) So as her and I are talking, the guy co-worker just abruptly shuts up and the vibe I got from him was, "damn it" thinking as in 'she (me) already knows who this chick (the customer) is and can't give her (again, me) the fake impression that things could happen between the two of us(the guy and the customer).'
Overall, if i havent lost you on that brief just now, why do they do that? It's annoying as hell and the guy is just driving me bonkers trying to prove that hes still better than me or whatever the deal is and it's pointless because I'm not going to be interested in someone like that ever as I already have a lot of interest in someone else.  *you know who you are*

I HATE when guys do that. It makes me so fucking mad!My ex used to do that to me all the time. He always loved making me look stupid...especially in front of other people. I hope I dont have to put up with that crap again. I would never be interested in someone who acted like that again. Besides, I too am interested in someone already. Hehe.

Okay, I'll probably get slammed here but....sometimes, a guy loses his advantage after going out with someone who starts to know him and his fasod has pretty much been busted so, when someone else comes along....they try to re-establish their own persona of themselves. Yes, this sucks....that's why it's always good to know someone who already is content with who they are. Especially when they are with you.
Okay, let the attacks begin!

well see... hes always been like this regardless if theres someone else in attention span or not. It just got annoying the other day and thought i'd ask. Not going to worry about it as I've got better things to think about.
