For the women!
As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let you down probably will. You will have your heart
broken, probably more than once, and it's harder every time. You'll break hearts too, so remember how it felt when yours was broken. You'll fight with your best friend. You'll blame a new love for things an old one did.
Find a guy who calls you beautiful instead of hot; who calls you back when you hang up on him; who will stay awake just to watch you sleep. Wait for the guy who kisses your forehead; who wants to show you off to the world when you are in your sweats; who holds your hand in front of his friends. Wait for the one who is constantly reminding you of how much he cares about you and how lucky he is to have you.

There are other things as well from the guys perspective. Can't stop thinking about you when seperated, stands up for you when you are talked about by his friends, supports hers dreams and ambitions and doesn't belittle them, listens for hints of unfulfilled dreams and goes to extremes to fulfill them. Can't stand to be more than a foot from her. In public, lets every other woman know that she alone is special to him....stuff like that. Am I wrong?

It does! It does! Things she does to make me feel special, that little sacrifice that you know she makes even though she may dispise it to make me happy. The way she knows exactly what you're thinking and can even anticipate your needs. Special girl indeed. Makes you want to do whatever she wants.

Ah.....well, good post but, sadly......I did all the above, and more.....wasnt enough, somehow.
Good advice though. I am, and will be the same for my lady, should I get lucky but....will watch for warning signs a bit harder. Gf took off with a guy she met online, on cam.....even though our relationship was open, she still had to lie about it to do so. Wish someone could explain that to me.
Enough complaining though.......over, done....kaput.

I found mine at 16 - still with him. When we were to move as he had a promo I thought he did not need me anymore - was crushed and scared. However, he told me I don't need you - I WANT you there with me. How could I refuse that - when you find that man do not mess it up!!

Congrats! Yep, men like that are very scarce! It seems like there are more goobers out there than actual men. It is great to have one that is willing to put your needs and wants ahead of his own. But I am sure that they could say the same about women too. I sometimes feel like I am in high school still. I can't keep my hands off of him. It is lust and love all combined.
