YOU'RE FIRED!
Actually, the words were, "We will have to go our seperate way." Which mean you are fired.
Anyone else been fired through no fault of your own? I was fired once because I asked a question.
It really sucks. The whole applying and job search sucks.

I was. Because I was cited for using the internet too much while working security and I did not exceed the limits for internet usage. They said I had to go anyway. BITCH! So I sat at home and drew unemployment and made almost as much as those working.  I love it when the unexpected happens and you are granted your revenge.

the first time was when I worked for nestles and we went with the shift to summer fest to see bread over America, had to leave in the middle of the concert at 9 to punch in at 11 for work with the rest. was fired the next morning , only thing I could put it on was I was getting in to the union and they didnt take my dues yet. the next one was by my ex boss , twice in nine days, came to work one morning and he was pacing the floors looking for his answer as he swiped a guy on a bike and he went down. tried to say the front end of a 20k harley had wheel shimmy? right. nafta came along it was about done anyway. I went into refridgeration and vending after that till I got ill.

I was 13 when I got fired from a job on my first day. Back then there were virtually no child age limit on employment out of school hours. Heck, I had my first newspaper round when I was 8 years old and began climbing the ladder to success. But on this occasion. I got a job at weekends at a sailing club, cleaning down boats and making them ready for the up and coming tourist season. The supervisor came out at midday and said it was lunchtime 'til 1pm. It seemed the other three lads that started the same day as me, all brought something with them. So I got on my bike and peddled down to the local grocery shop about 4 minutes away and got a sandwich. When I got back at 12:15, the supervisor asked where I had been and he replied, 'OK'. At 5:30pm finished for the day and asked to go to the main house and see the big boss. She paid me for the day and said I was fired, for not asking permission to leave the sailing club premises first. I didn't ask for a reference...
