The penis study
The American government decided to do a study on why the head of the penis was bigger than the shaft. After spending one hundred eighty thousand dollars and one year on research, they decided it was to enhance the man's sexual pleasure . The French, after hearing this, did a two year study spending two hundred fifty thousand Euros and determined it was to enhance the woman's sexual pleasure . The Irish, not finding either study satisfactory, spent less than two weeks and seventy five bucks and many drunken nights, and determined it was so his hand would not come off the shaft and hit him in the head.

To be scientifically valid, you have to be able to repeat the study and get the same results. I'm looking for an assistant to help me with it. Need a job? There are tremendous benefits
