we have a bunch of froze banannas in the freezer and nuts yet,cake mixes were on sale too. good way to take the chill off the house, but its getting warmer outside then it is inside time to open windows. always need some goodies to snack on.

Banana Bread....
2 cups flour 1 cup white sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 t baking soda 1/2 t salt 1 t vanilla
1 stick butter 2 eggs 1/4 milk 3 bananas
I add 1 t cloves
Preheat 35' Bake 60-65 minutes
So easy!!

got 10lbs of sugar today today and a ton of froze bannanas in the freez, but we forgot nuts, bunnana bread with chips? or marshmellers in them too?

na banana bread, have to get them care packages ready for them starving peoples in the families and neighborhood. cookies dont fall on the pan by them selves....

well dont know what happn to the frozen bread dough, never seen that fall in the oven before...lol let it rive to an inch above the top of the pan and the center sinks in lol.

happy 59th to the wife, made her a choco cake with cherry frosting and walnuts on top. the 14th she has surgery on her foot and 3 months in the chair again with me being a care giver. at least I dont have to deal with pins and screws again like last time.

I've been doing a bit of baking for work and church. A lot of banana bread, cherry cobbler, blueberry cobbler, lemon blueberry ricotta cake, strawberry lemon ricotta cake. Cupcakes. Brownies. And, a dirt cake. Seems I must make another next week.
Chili Cook off at church to benefit a member who suffered a stroke. Chocolate cherry truffle $74. One cake $125. My favorite cake...pistachio.
