Old Cowboy.......
Everyone give a shout to OCB....
He's around and has visited my homepage a few times in the past while.
Old friend...I figure you don't want too...or you can't communicate because of health issues ,or whatever.
Your still here, and we know it...Your spur hasn't run the nail yet.

Hi guys, sorry I haven't written just don't feel real hot these days. On oxygen 24/7 so I get worn easy, I get a hard on and sleep for two days. Writing another book teaching myself to play the fiddle and picking on my wife.
Talk to Samib a lot, she puts up with me. My daughter got me one of those electric scooters so I run my dog since she doesn't have any cows to bite. I will write more promise.
Sy is the adoption still on?

Well it's about freakin' time!!
You keep wearing down those boot heels, and you can still rope from a scooter, you just need to aim a little higher.
The adoption is off,......I gave up on the Social Workers tearing me apart.It was 6 against 1, so the odds were in their favour.
The little guy who wanted me to adopt him ended up with a good Dad anyhow, so it worked out for him ok.
I'm still bandaging my wounds with my back in a corner.

Hey Cowboy, Sorry that you are not feeling well but hopefully you will feel better that now you are able to get around. Being stuck in bed for the wrong reason can bring anyone down. Glad you jumped on to give us an update.
Syb, Sorry about the nonsense with the social worker. That type of crap is exactly why my daughter wants to be a social worker. She hopes to be better than the ones you have told us about. It's unfortunate that many of the people in the field, have forgotten its supposed to be about helping people, not a power thing.At least, as you said the young man did find a good home, even if it wasn't yours.Maybe there is something even more special in this world meant for you to do.

hey guys thanks for the kind words. Sorry about the adoption Sy, Social workers that have never been thru similar situations should not be allowed to decide on the same. I just got a bunch of picture of events where I drove the stage coach wish I could share. Sure makes me proud. I am doing well, I get out and work when I feel like it
Fixed my truck the other day, my hands still work, my brain has always been a little weak. I will try and keep in touch better. Haven't heard from Jen in awhile hope she is okay

I sent Jen a copy of my book and my publisher info. She had some material she wanted to publish she thanked me and I haven't heard a word sense. That had to be six months ago. Sy maybe you learned to dance at the place where I was throwing ice cubes on a stainless dance floor. Those people were bustin some moves now. OCB

The only stainless dance floor I know about is a little round one...With a brass pole attached to it.
They don't like it much when you jump up ,and dance with the naked girl hanging from that brass pole.
