overstaying his welcome?
with the confirmation of "RAMBO 5: Last Blood" i decided to voice my own opinions...
First Blood was a great movie, the rest were so-so. lots of action. but are we really supposed to be excited to see a 60 yr old John Rambo struggling to carry an automatic assault rifle? what's next? an 80 yr old Rambo goes on a neighborhood rampage against the rabbit invasion of his carrot patch using one of those BB guns designed to mock an M-16? and apparently once Rambo leaves, Rocky Balboa will resurface. i get it, some actors want to keep their characters alive way past their prime. and keep their careers going. but look at Clint Eastwood. when was the last Dirty Harry released? or the last Eastwood western? Clint knew when to say when, and put Dirty Harry to rest, and went on to become an amazing director. Stallone could learn something from Clint
