It is going to happen
The days are getting shorter and the weather is getting colder. Soon that white junk will be on the ground. Who is ready for winter? Sy you do not need to share that much with us this year.

My white junk is reserved just for women.
Supposed to snow here in three days.

Running a little late in preparing for winter, haven't finished stocking up the firewood, haven't cleaned the chimney and stove pipe yet.

I have three loads of firewood for the house, which is about 4 cords or more.
Three loads more for the shop and bunkhouses and I'm done. I'm lighting fires in the woodstove already in the mornings.
First ice on the water tanks at 6 A.M. this morning.

Chazzy you are not the only one, I know alot of people that don't have the firewood done or much of anything. Some hope if they put it off it wont happen.

I havent got my usual year supply of firewood cut & split yet... been a busy year for me. The big hail storm that made national news a couple months ago put roofers in high demand here. Roofs, siding, doors and windows. That storm beat the hell outta this town
