we made it to the 4th of july weekend, and a whole slue of cars heading north. all locking to spend their money in minoqua this weekend

oh ya going to tomahawk tonight,they fire them off the train tracks, we hike the lake shore trail it was great.water sky show by the veterans park, vender's and all that. almost like the Harley party.going to take the bike up tonight.

Sounds like fun. I tend to hide out here and try to keep the cat from freaking out to much. We have fireworks all summer. I can go to a different park or beach just about every night to see fireworks. But when it's like tonight and they are everywhere it tends to make the cat nervous. It's basically a long party at the Jersey Shore. Many of the businesses that are going to reopen tried to be open for this weekend so it's as close to normal as it has been since the hurricane almost 2 years ago.Now the drunks are happy and all over the place. The checkpoints are all set up waiting for them. The sounds sirens in the air just confirms the shore is back to partying.Happy Independents day!

I enjoyed the fireworks last night. Good food yesterday. A cold adult beverage or two.......who really counts?!!
Had a little unexpected company.

we rode to town, watched the ski show and the fire works. all were grand.passed on fast food, were going to do boneless chicken breasts. but had cereal instead. don't even want to make out with these ribs we got.
