we will be on not so much, as we crashed the Harley the other night.we were just discharges from the trauma centers, I still have a tube in my chest, my lung was collapsed and 3 broke ribs, remember wear yor helmet now....

just amazes me how much crap goes though your head in a microsecond.two feet to the left, we just missed a 6 foot culvert, not to mention 4x4 posts with reflectors on them and telephone poles, all the while I'm looking for barbwire and rocks , stumps and so on. I was in control till the wife jumped , she told me she jumped, I thought she fell off which made me crash. I had to check on her she had my cell. the responders showed up, they cut all her cloths off to her panties and my t shirt and I had a hell of a pain in my chest.then after 3 days in the hospital, I find out that the state and county just pasted a law making them not liable for keeping the roads clean of gravel, and or maintenance. I could of died....but hell I got my chest tube out today, and I hurt yet and things are looking up.
just a hell of a way for a anniversary to start .,.

Yeah, really don't understand why the Percacets have a street value for getting high, they make me feel all dark, depressed and agitated...drowsy too.

that they do chazzy, same way, my brother in law was mixing up some kind of cocktail with heroin. they found him bleed out under the table. have to watch what ya say to people, every one wants them.

just make me laugh, now that they don't want to refill the things and I need rehab? why they put me on the dam things in the 1st place. been over two weeks now, sure the hell cant do nothing, can feel the edges rubbing when lying in bed. the just try to choke up something, they gave me a whooping cough and tetanus too.im sure rested but the sleep cycle is all of, wake at 5 am just starving....

I have been through this with family members. Seems like one of us is always hurt from one damn thing or another. Motorcycle accidents can be scary.I had one and that was enough for my taste.
Try sleeping in a recliner if you have one. It seems they are better when you have had surgery or an injury. My daughter had a ribs cut for her heart surgery and with that they put pain killers internal. It's amazing what they can do these days.I'm surprised they didn't give you a machine to stimulate healing.The nice part is they can block pain as well.
I am glad you and your wife will be okay. Rest is important to heal. Don't try to push yourself. You'll be in my thoughts.

forget the lazy boy cant get out of it or the couch either. barely the bed, the wife has to pull me up Right hurts like hell, and not good for her , she has broke ribs too.i'm on o2 all day long seems to help with keeping my lungs dry, don't have much flem to choke up. lying down I can feel the ends or the ribs rubbing , think they are starting to mend I hope.

then the doc tells me about two more months yet , because im diabetic... not much to do but be on line and look at web naughty and chat. but the I got a women in bed napping and if I touch her back ill get slapopped....just have to think of a way to do this now......?

tdays was a electro cardio gram, ya just shove that ultrasound probe deeper in to my side....just glad it wasn't on the side with the ribs

well going on 6 weeks , I think I'm healing, need to get things done. the Mrs has been though the mill, all the way to the boob squeeze. no back brace or surgery need.si we get to enjoy the rest of summer...

we are getting though it, getting back to things that weren't related to the crash. everyone giving us the helmet crap. i, like a lot of guys had started out on a bike then went to mini bikes and such and dirt bikes. riding a bike is like a horse, ya get thrown off and land on your tail bone in the middle of a gravel road ya jump back on and chase her down, that's what I get for jumping in back of the saddle. so it wasn't the first time I road off the top of a corner when some cop was chasing...it was I wasn't expectation my passenger to bale on me....after one bounce
then it make me think , was I really hurt that bad? I just felt like I had the wind knocked out , like when I fell of the roof at work, they gave me air I was feeling better.then the ride in the ambulance, I'm strapped to a board , I was walking around , needing to get to the wife she had the phone, I had to check her out , do ya hurt bad , were , move your toes and legs and arms and so one.i had to get her on her back to get the phone,the same time I was waving cars going by. I'm also told that people crash on this corner all the time. the first to help was a 1st responder, he even took my bike home to his place so it was safe, and we had no idea were it was for a week. then we get dragged to two different places, I wasn't too happy about it, not knowing on the Mrs and was 2 am when I got a phone to call her, then I find out she didn't fall off she bailed on me. well 6 weeks now don't let the cat walk on ya and I still cant put my arm around her, but I get to stick them lanocane patches on her, boy they make her dance. and me wait ing on my last trip and chest xray and I'm going to tell him what he cane do with his pills I haven't took in 3 or 4 weeks now with all the crap they gave me with the last refill.
I guess we are just dam lucky and we all had our assorted problems of one type or another.
I will say its times like this is when you find out who your friends really are, when ya need help with sweeping and mopping the floor and taking out the wash. we each grab it with the good arm and away ya goo.

I tell ya it rains when it pours, just went to the cardio guy, hes telling me I got a cyst on my thyroid now. so is it in my shoulder or neck or both?
