Hello.
My profile name is LifeIs2Short.
My name is Carl.
I would "like" to say I am new to this site, but that is not the case.
I have been on this site for over 2 years as a VIP Life Time Member, sending out messages to women of many different ages and Ethnic backgrounds (over 100 messages total), and am still confused as to what I am doing wrong.
I could understand my long hair being an issue when I first joined (yeah, it was), but now it is short and looking "Marvelous."
I was told by another member here, to go on the Forums and post something and get in on things there. I have been reluctant to do this, because all the information you really need to know about me is in my profile, and besides what is on that, I would like to keep private, or between myself and the woman I am seeing from here.
And yet that doesn't seem to working.
I like it when I get a message.
So much potential.
But the only ones I have received are from the Site Admin saying "You haven't been online in a while," so I figured I had to do something different.
I read the profile of all the women I sent a message to, prior to contacting them, to see if we are a good fit (I don't like to waste people's time).
I'm "more or less" a regular guy, not bad to look at, and I have a college degree in Engineering.
I like to learn, and if some of you ladies would be nice enough to review my profile and tell me what I need to change, to at least attract someone here, I would really appreciate it.

it's not just you. a lot of women don't reply, just for the fact that they get soo many messages that they tend to ignore them.

I agree with lonely, all the Ladies heard it all I'm sure, and then its easier to hit select all and delete. would be nice to just get a reply, hi im busy now or not interested or so on. and like a lot of sites ya got to get mail to answer.

Getting replies is difficult for everyone. There are days when I send out dozens of messages just to say things like "how are you doing, finding your way around the site alright, happy to help if you ever have questions or problems" and I rarely every get any reply.
Your profile is very good, nice photo too. I do see you're looking for someone in a 30 mile radius which of course is going to really narrow things done for you.
The only other thing I will comment on in your ad text...I'd just edit out the 'snow globe' comment. There is absolutely nothing wrong with having a personal preference but understand that women reading it maybe be in fine physical shape themselves but most likely will have friends, sisters, daughters, etc... dealing with weight and weight discrimination problems. That comment may put off some.
Other than that, you seem like a great guy with a good profle.

Welcome back Carl. Listen to Chazzy. She is good and knows what she is talking about. She can be most helpful to all of us at one time or another.
As far as replies, well don't expect too much in that department. Really, I don't know if it is my age or what, but very few reply even when I welcome them to WN and compliment them in a way to make them feel welcomed. Mostly the younger ones respond that way to us older guys. The way I was brought up is that it is rude to ignore someone! Apparently the younger ones don't get it!!!!
