I was never sure if it was actually Isaac's voice on South Park or an Isaac impersonation...LandH would know for sure..

it was.
he voiced the character "chef" until they did an episode poking fun at Tom Cruise and Scientology...Isaac was a Scientologist, and got offended, and quit.

no...they had the "Chef" character get killed...however, they did do an episode where he returned (they used sound bites from previous episodes) not very convincing...
