well it did something, then pt too , ultrasound, and massage ... my gal is great, as I have frozen shoulder symptoms again. then the carpal tunnel BS too. sitting around doing the workouts twice aday. tomorrows runaround day again. just hope the propane truck gets here so I can start the heat again, ran out yesterday morning, just glad its not -30 out ther....
