Happy, Happy, Happy. (Christmas)
From me and mine, wishing you and yours a very Merry Christmas! Lots to do today. My sister is hosting this years Christmas Eve Party, a load off my cooking skills. I opted for three simple dishes this season, a Seafood Casserole, Salad Bar, and Sugar Cookies made out to look like melted snowmen. I'm yawning already...
Had an interesting stroke of lucky yesterday. I went shopping for everything I'm making. Took out 70 bucks and spent 65. Bought 3 lottery tickets totalling the 5 left over, from a vending machine. I hit all 3 for a total of 24 bucks. Used it to buy the lobster from my favorite pound. They were having a Christmas sale on lobster, at 5.29 per pound. It's usually 6.99 any giving day, so I bought 3 Chicks, Chicken Lobsters (1 to 1.5 pounds per) had 6 dollars left over for which I purchased 3 - 2 dollar tickets. Hit on 2 of them for a total of 54 dollars. Bought a chicken under the light, for which I looked like a wild beast eating that thing, it just falls off the bone. After figuring it out, I won 8 dollars more than I left with, a nice day all around...

sounds great, we been cooking for a week , seen the kid , now settling in by our selves,he will be seeing all the antes and grandparents and so on we sent servival kits with bannan nut bread and dozens of cookies.tomorrow we will be baking the ham in the savory and having dinner then planing on new years. Merry Christmass
