Is it okay for an underage person to join a site like this?
I have recently meet someone I find to be very intriguing and special. They turned out to be jail bait barely. I want to proceed but am frightened of the possible consequences.
Even though I have gotten to the place I believe. They want to continue but it is extremely difficult due to their age . And of course the fact they still live with mom and dad. They have been in plenty of trouble .Which is why m & d are so hard on her. She has really been a turn on from the beginning before she told me her secret I want to fulfill her fantasy and much more but am not sure if it is really a smart thing to do p[lease help and advise.

MUST be 18 or older, I don't care if they turn 18 the next month, week, or day...they must be 18 when they join.
More so for you...she's under 18, been in a lot of trouble, still living with her parents...there's someone out there much better for you.

the thing going on up here is , ya meet a gal on line and want to meet , invited to a motel and you busted, the cops are waiting for ya. a lot of these stings going on , as they are trying to crack down on underage prostitution and that in general. and there wasn't no mention on money either. just beware.seems to be a lot on bust for what ever they can get ya for, that, drugs ,we have a big problem in WI on heroin and meth,and if your dealing in that crap ya belong in jail.just my rant

I heard 20/20 was being sued over people who didn't make the cut on their tv show. By that I mean, the ones who found out she was under-age on the phone and hung up. They were still arrested on a technicality. Apparently, talking to an under-age girl on the phone, even across state lines , about anything related toward sex is in itself, "Solicitation." and subject to jail time.
Think of it, your on here talking to someone who claims to be 18. You and her are getting along just fine, until you or her suggests they get together . Then she confesses she's only 13. You cut all ties with her, even deleting her email and blocking it from your provider, until armed men show up at your door and arrest you for, "solicitation of a minor." Kind of makes you think twice about getting to know someone claiming to be 18 here, doesn't it?...

Just a side note. Even if she is 18. Think....what would an 18 and 51 year old really have to talk about. After the sex there is a lot of time left in a day. I dated someone only 9 years younger than me for a very short time and I was in my 40's. I found many things that just didn't feel right in our conversations.I couldn't imagine dating g someone younger than my kids except for maybe an ego boost. My ego doesn't really need the boost. But for that and all the other reasons others have stated I believe you should run and maybe even report her to authorities. If she needs help she could get it and if she is part of a scam you might be helping others.

You can write a moderator with the username, funlovingpair, lonelyandhorny and myself are the ones that log in daily...or go to her profile, at the bottom of the page you'll see..." Is this profile violating the rules? Report it" link...click and a text box will pop up, just type in the reason for the report and submit, it's anonymous.
In a case like this I would recommend doing both, write a moderator and use the report link to make sure action is taken.

...so, you hate it so much you decided to make a post and bump it back up when it was on its way to dropping down the page? 
Only replying here to explain once again, we rarely ever delete a topic. If anyone feels a topic should be deleted, please write a mod with the topic title and the forum it is located or just copy and paste the link and we will certainly check it out. If you are a mod-hater and want no contact with any of us then feel free to write the topic complaint directly to UNF.
