definition of soliciting....It is the action or instance of soliciting; petition; proposal. In criminal law, it most commonly refers to either the act of offering goods or services, or the act of attempting to purchase such goods or services. Legal status may be specific to the time and/or place where solicitation occurs...even if you ask us to join your site for "free" and swear that our credit cards won't be charged (for age verification only)...it's STILL a violation of the rules for this site, and WILL not be tolerated...you WILL get busted eventually.

Camgirls are now a very rare occurrence here, the credit goes to all of you. You have taken the time and effort to report and ignore them and they have found that this site is on their list of "not worth it"
Camgirls have sites and forums for sharing information and what sites to work and what sites are strict. This site is now known as one where any members they attempt to solicit will report them and it's just too much trouble and not worth the effort.
We still have the occasional profile that falls under what is referred to as a "Russian Dating Scam" These scammers will contact you via private message and in time with a sad story, ask for money. Report them the same as you would a camgirl or escort.
Sincere and a big thank you to all of you who make sure any camgirl that wanders this way is quickly dealt with.

i posted this, because i had a three hour discussion with a woman that disagreed with me when i told her she had been reported for soliciting. she argued that she did not ask me for any money, and that my card was for age verification only.

ya and wait for someone over the pond to hit your card for 30 bucks too,i was lucky my bank blocked it, the story was i won a free membership to a site,it was adult and they need my card to prove i was over 18... ya right , dont fall for it

oh, trust me, i never do...my favorite is when they get pissed when i tell them that my card is maxed out...or when they won't give it up, i tell them that if they want it so bad, but can't do it on Skype or Yahoo for free, if she really wants me to sign up, i ask her if i can use HER credit card.

No need to argue/discuss, it doesn't matter why they ask for a credit card number, just asking for one is reason enough for an account to be deactivated.
