Take the time to learn more about them. Walk around. Take a ride. Enjoy beautiful scenery in the area. Find a creek. Only not to deep so he don't drown.
Plan a surprise! Cook something together. A romantic dinner . Watch a movie at home. Popcorn is a must. Turn off the lights. Enjoy a fire. Share an intoxicating beverage.

No disrespect L+H...but I was waiting for this one...
Take her to the lake with the meadow that shares her first name..on a horse that she named...spend a few nights at the line cabin..without a soul for 50 miles to disturb us..Ride to Deadman and Vidette lake...and listen to the voices talk under the roar of Deadman Falls.
It's to far to make the cabin in one days ride..so we'd spend a night at The Center of the Universe,..and look at the Dogstar....and she could teach me to skinny dip properly in Vidette...and figure out a way to swim without my giant head dragging me under.
On the way back to the homestead...I would show her the rythmn of the animals in the countless valleys...and try to make her understand the heartbeat that is there..how an entire ecosystem is a single living thing, and how we are a part of it.
Popcorn and a movie...absolutley...my dogs will probably molest yours ...but thats the nature of things.
Start with a Two step to Copperhead Road...and naked slow dance beside the home fire,all night.. till the sun comes up in the East...Hell the cowhands can feed the horses that morning...we'd have a breakfast to eat in bed.

Like to get to know the real man meet his horses and dogs as how he interacts with them is like looking into the eyes to his soul. Hopefully convince him to take a ride to see the beautiful serene and untainted world he lives in, get a glimpse into his life, Watch him in his element, see the passion in his eyes that clearly tells why he loves it there.
a walk along a stream while the horses rest. An evening in a quaint cabin simplicity that is breathtaking, making dinner together with a few beers or wine (and of course have to try a shot of his white lightning)leading to some cooking seduction, talking over a crackling fire, seeing his face by the light of the flames, an evening of wild intimacy , a sleep warm and deep, awakening to more wild sex followed by coffee made over an open flame, watching the dogs patrol while we watch the sunrise, the animals, nature opening its eyes right in front of us
