You Know Your Day is Going to Suck Ass....
You know your day is going to really suck ass when you open the coffee can and it's empty, and the nearest store is 70 miles away.
When the smoke detector in the hallway acts as your alarm clock...and the floor is a little bit too warm.
When you are splitting kindling first thing in the morning, with a raging hangover.....and you see someones thumb laying on the chopping block and say..."Now how'd that get there ?....and, why is my hand warm.. and wet ? "
When a 150 pound Rotweiller walks up to you and takes his morning piss on your leg....I mean really what are you going to do about it ?...except freeze in position...and let him finish.
You come back from a Rodeo party...and can't quite remember the evenings events....and there is a bullet hole in your hat....a cop car with a broken window , and two flat tires ,sitting in your driveway.

Not all cowboys live in Texas.....if you ever come up to the great white north, just visit Calgary, and you'd think your in Dallas....
and if you ever visit the cattle ranching area of the Northern Interior you'd think your in the middle of nowhere, and thats because you really are...well, in the middle of no place, but there is lots of cows, and cowboys, and every one of us can two step.
But not one of us will ever admit that we've line danced.
