Of all the various websites I visit, I see it mostly on a site that is primarily a picture exchange site, the requests for "cum on pics" overwhelm the bulletin board and forums and it seems it's mostly the women asking for men to cum on thier photos and then post them on that site. Their requests include graphic descriptions of just how hot, wet and arroused they can get from seeing their photos posted for everyone to see, all slathered in a stranger's cum. I can see maybe enjoying it as a once-in-a-while novelty, but I'm sure it would never top my lists of sexual preferences. I really think that anyone who is curious about it, or just doesn't understand the obsession some have with it, should just jump on out there and give it a try for themselves, why the fuck not? It's harmless enough, there's nothing to lose, and maybe just the excitement of trying something new (and a little weird) could make your time and effort all worthwhile!
