HOLY SHEEP SHIT!
I got a suggestion for a website to check arrest records. So I typed in my name and the results that came back included "possible relatives". All of my kids were listed, my neices, nephews, sisters, brothers in law, my father, whose been dead since 1985 and even my ex wife's new husband! You gotta be fucking kidding me!

Re: HOLY SHEEP SHIT!
A few years ago I got a notice to appear in court for a hit & run... some Spanish lady from Grand Junction, Colo. I have no idea how she came up with my name, I can only guess that she saw my pickup parked at some store or something. I went to see my lawyer & said. I'm fighting this. I've never had a wreck ....ever, there's not one dent or scratch in my pickup, there's no accident report. I believe she got a tag number from some place she saw my tru, & was hoping I'd just pay her a settlement to avoid going to court. But once my lawyer contacted her lawyer, & informed him my pickup looks the same as the day I bought it, no accident report, & informed him there's no evidence I've ever had a accident, she dropped the charges. Just another scammer hoping for some free money... stupid bitch... she should have used enough smarts to pick some vehicle that had a dent. ... Anyway my lawyer looked up my police record .... there was over 100 ppl with the same name as I, with a variety of offenses, ranging from speeding to possession of stolen property ... I was suprised... my last name isn't a very common name... so I thought

Wow! Imagine if you could lure stupid people into putting all of their personal data onto a website including photos of when they were drunk, indiscreet messages to people or libelous comments...

Re: HOLY SHEEP SHIT!
A few years back there was a video game for golf, that was in just about every bar and restaurant in this area. They advertised a credit-card-like thing you could purchase from the game that kept track of your progress and gave you things like; custom avatars, golf clubs, and balls that weren't standard for the game. All you had to do was submit your social security number and address to the website through the game or online. Trouble with doing it through the game, was its novelty. There was a big screen mounted on the wall over the game, so patrons could watch the action in real time as you played. One by one, morons would submit to the application only to have it broadcasted on the big screen. I jotted down one name and number once, a buddy of mine, who thought there wasn't much I could get from just his social and current address. I got all kinds of stuff on him including; mortgage numbers-amount borrowed and owed, bank account numbers and balances, arrest records, and credit cards numbers. One item, the mortgage, had info on his parents who lent him money for the down payment. Their address and socials were there in plain view. He was taken back by what I found out on a simple search...
