Why is it so hard for a man to say those three little words
"You were right"?
(Yes, I'm aware that not all men and some women are this way but I have seen this as a pattern.)

you were right Jen, most men (mot all though) are not ready to admit defeat. if i'm proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that i was wrong, i can admit to anyone that i was wrong and they are right.

not to get off topic, but there seems to be a raise in domes tic's lately, due to the way the economy has been lately?, too many folks found in the woods and swamps . latest is on the dam sidewalk up in park falls, the wife with multable stabs and dies in the er,another body found in the woods and one in the tag alder swamp, killed by her ole man. hell of a way to say i love you....

Easy enough I suppose for men to tell each other "My bad!" but to tell their SO "I'm sorry, you're right" I dunno, maybe they've ran into too many "Told you so" kind of women.

I would agree but I think it is a societal thing. On the other side of the coin I know a lot of women who treat their men like absolute shit - I mean good, honest, faithful hardworking men - WTF girls, when you've got on like that, treat him well and APPRECIATE him.
Too much simple lack of respect and appreciation all the way around I think.

Thank you JLee3D. I did my best for both my x's and gave them all I could and found it almost impossible to ever get a compliment out of either one of them. In my eyes they were just narrow minded bitches that had no appreciation and thought life owed them a living. Neither of them ever worked at a job and if I asked for a favor, well you would've thought I had asked them for their life. I am single and stayinging that way. They suck!!
