Today is a day no one can lie. What would ask? Who would you ask? Do you really want the truth?
So I was talking to Kam about the fact that everyone lies. I am a pretty honest person but of course I lie. Everyone lies at some point. If someone asks me "Do I look okay in this?" and we are already out and they have no way to change . Why would I say they look like hell? It would only ruin their night.There are different reasons to lie.There are some people that seem to lie about everything and some that you kind of wish they would lie because they hurt peoples feelings because they are a bit too honest.
So if we had a day that no one was capable of lying, what would you ask? Who would you ask? And do you really want the truth about everything?

I knew a dude that claimed he never lied.....which was a total bullshit line in itself....and everyone , I mean everyone hated the asshole.
Knocked him down myself once, and he wasn't used to that.
He was the most obnoxious, arrogant, self centered , person I've ever met.

O.K. so here is one for you....I'm asking all of you....and give me the honest truth..
What is it that draws all of us here. ? ..I have found that some people are very real and honest here....and some are not.
I find myself thinking of you all, and just have to log on and take a moment to myself,...but I can't quite put my finger on what it is that draws me here,...or what it is that draws you to me...or having said that... repels you from me. I suppose not everyone is liked by everybody..

We joined years ago to try and find a female to join us . What we have found is a great group of people and what I call good friends. we have met some in person here as friends and nothing more, we have gone to dinner and a show with some, one we went to dinner and ended up at a sex toy shop we seen down the road, (Poor Pa had 2 women there with him,) it was a lot of fun. We have talked with one on the phone but never had the chance to meet. I am still hoping to find that female to join us never know it may happen.
We do not go to the bar we are very much home people. and with us working different hours it is hard to go out and do anything. So this is our social area that we go and visit.
What draws me to you??? a number of things, when you first talked to me it was not I want to Blank you. you treated me as a person. you were kind, sweet, friendly. There is flirting and more on here, but that is me. I consider a few on here very good friends and they know who they are.
I am sure there is a few that do not care for me at all, but This is who I am on line and off.

i joined because i had just gone through my divorce process and was feeling "lonely and horny". i was searching for an internet dating service, and ran across an ad for this site, i joined thinking it'd be like all the other sites. but it's not, and i've met some good people on here (some in person even!)

Im pretty sure I saw this site mentioned in Maxim magazine. I checked it out just to see what it was like, and found it pretty interesting, so I hung around reading what everybody had to say. It was well over a year before I ever posted anything probably 4 or 5 years before I ever went into the Lobby. But, Like everyone else, I've met a bunch of great folks that I've become very close with

For me I was in a loveless marriage, but painfully faithful and I was struggling with a decision. It was only the second adult chat room I had ever been in. What I found was people who reminded me a lot of my high school friends, many of whom are still my closest friends. A group of people who accepted me for who I was, without judgement. I am getting to know some better than others and am finding people that I think will be long time friends, who I may very well meet face to face one day.

I always enjoyed the chat room when I joined, but most of the friends I chatted with have left or died, but I still like the forums, not here as much as I'd like, but just focused on healing for now

I joined a few years back looking for fun. I've had lots of it but I too have made alot of very good friends. It's almost like a 2 nd family,This has really hit home over the last couple of months. First with Perve the love thoughts and well wishes that were sent to him ( a million thanks to free for all he did on our behalf to get those wishes to Perve ) while he was I'll and then how how I felt when he died. Secondly more recently when my mum passed away the affection and care that people showed towards me was amazing and greatly appreciated. For those who still checked up on me after I had more r less told them to fuck off and the calls and texts too again greatly appreciated. So I guess what draws me back here is the great bunch of people that i suppose are now friends.

I joined a few years after coming back home from a war I shouldn't have really attended. I came home to a ex-model wife turned drug addict...
She said after I had been taken prisoner... interrogated Taliban style...and killed the three very young men holding me down, I had changed a little..
So I thought who was I to argue ? I must have changed some ?....never thinking that she had a substance abuse problem....I was to selfishly wrapped up in my own nightmares....So the marriage inevitably ended.
One cold winters night I watched the snow blowing through the moonlight and said" I just want to talk to someone"....I ended up here.
Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be drawn into peoples lives, and friendships like we have here.
It did take a few years for a pic. of myself to go up...with the encouragement of a friend, and some help, it went up...I was curious, if I could be accepted on the merrits of my personality alone.
I find daily I am drawn here...Nobody judges me, nobody fears me, I don't have to be the boss,I don't have to always do the right thing, or be the tough cowboy...I am allowed to be myself.. here, I am just simply accepted...
