Ice Cream Turtle Pie
I use to make these. They are much better than store bought in the frozen food section.
1 Chocolate Pie Crust
1 quart Pralines, Butter Pecan, or Vanilla Ice Cream
1 cup Carmel Sauce
1 cup Pecans
1/2 cup Hot Fudge Sauce or Chocolate Crackle.
Instructions
Allow ice cream to sit out long enough to soften, but do not let it melt! Spread ice cream into crust. Top with Carmel topping, and pecans. Line the bottom of the crust with the hot fudge sauce.
If you want an extra rich flavor cook your pecans in real butter until they become aromatic and roast just a bit. I do not know if that works with margarine, I have only tried that with real butter.

i tried this with peanut butter chunk ice cream and a white cake mix...wasnt bad, but ended up more like a chocolate cake than anything.
MELTED ICE CREAM CAKE
Ingredients
Cake
1 box cake mix (18.25 oz)
in any flavor
1 pint ice cream, melted
3 eggs
Glaze:
1/4 cup milk
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
How to Make
Cake
Preheat oven to 350
Grease cake pan liberally
with cooking spray or butter and flour.
Mix the cake mix, eggs and ice cream together
and beat for 2 minutes on medium speed.
Follow box for baking times. Time will vary based on type of pan you use.
Let cool and remove from pan.
Allow to cool on wire rack.
Glaze:
In medium saucepan combine ingredients with a whisk over low heat.
Stir until glaze is smooth.
Pour over cake.

Ice Cream Bread
Anyone heard of this?
Just use any flavor of ice cream; but make sure not to use no-fat, or low-fat ice creams.
Ingredients:
2 Cups of Ice Cream
1 - 1/2 Cup of Self Rising Flour
Stir together ice cream and flour, stirring just until the four is moistened. Spoon batter into a greased and floured 8x4 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean. Remove from the pan, and cool on a wire rack.

Dark Chocolate, Caramel, and Pretzel Crunch Ice Cream Cake. Although it is rather complicated. Not unlike some of us here!

NY Chocolate Fudge Chunk is almost as good as Chubby Hubby. Americone Dream is pretty good too. Late Night Snack is different and tasty. I dearly miss Coconut Almond Fudge. I need everyone to write to them to bring it back!!

this is my own concoction...Vanilla ice cream, Mrs. Butterworths maple syrup, and an Eggo waffle chopped up into bite sized pieces. it's really good. i call it Mrs. B's Eggo wafflicious!

the grocery store here started carrying Dean's Ice Cream products. not too bad, my kids enjoyed the fudge pops and orange sherbet push pops. i thought they kind of had a grainy texture. but that might have been due too melting and refreezing.
