have you hugged a moderator today?
how many people know that we moderators don't get paid for our services here? we do this because we WANT too. (or at least i do!) it's been a great honor to have been selected as a moderator on this wonderful site. i feel privileged to work side by side with some of the greatest people around. so go ahead, hug a moderator, we won't bite (unless you ask us too...  )

A huge amount of credit has to go to the members who take the time to hit the report link, message us and who are so friendly and helpful with the noobs...Thank you very much for all you do.
Mods are just members with a few extra buttons to use.
