scary stuff...
so...stopped at the local Holiday Station Store after work tonight to break a $10 for work tomorrow. walked in, was there for maybe a minute, when suddenly, two county Sheriff come flying in, guns drawn, within seconds there were two town cops, four more sheriff, and three guys wearing bullet proof vests that said S.W.A.T. all had guns drawn and ready. when they started sending the employees in the back room of Subway, i left and waited out on the parking lot. they had the bathroom surrounded. apparently they made one arrest outside prior to entering. they apprehended the 2nd guy without any incident. don't know what for...but it was pretty scary to see all those police officers with guns drawn. i commend them all for the wonderful work they did. it could have been kinda ugly, there were about 20 people (with the employees) in the building.

yeah, i'm fine. but given everything that's been happening with mass murders lately, it was pretty scary. my guess is that it was drug related.

i guess i could have asked what was going on. but i'm pretty positive i would have been told that the case was under investigation, and could not be discussed. beside, i had a beer after work...they might have nailed me with a dui...  lol

we had a mouse with a new baby come thru where we were haying. She jumped the fence but the baby got hung up upside down, they won't live long on their back. I grabbed my fence pliers and ran that way. Mama didn't think I shoul do that, she stood right over her kid with ears laid back and mane straight up. I called my dog that knew just what to do. he got after Mama and kept her busy long enough for me to cut he baby out and get him on his feet. my dog quit and her she came got her little one and left calling me a lot of bad names, I don't speak moose, but it wasn't good.
