some deep crap
like there isn't enough in your life , now i have to research this they are saying the wife don't have fibromyalgia i got a neurologist saying she has spiocerebellar ataxia and polycythemia, the first one has 23 different types and anyone is a disease on its own and the second is thick blood,.cant give a blood thinner or low dose , as it jacks up the bp..all over a dam mi grain headache, thinks it time for a second opinion ...oh what the hell is a paraneoplasic antibody evaluation? or are they just dreaming up bills for medacare???

ALWAYS GO FOR AT LEAST A SECOND MAYBE EVEN A THIRD AND FOURTH OPINION! Medicine is not an exact science by any stretch of the imagination.Medicare has it built in for you to be able to get another opinion. Never go to who the first doctor recommends for the second opinion. Pick someone who is totally neutral and has no connection to the doctor who gave you the first opinion.Don't let the big words and long speeches some doctors give you intimidate you. I also recommend you bring a tape recorder, pen and pad to every appointment. This is so you forget nothing of what the doctor says. You also have something to write questions you might have on and you can take notes. You would be amazed how much people miss because of the stress of the appointment.Good luck.

hell ya cant even get them to say anything and ya need a phd just to read all this. we will be doing a 2nd opion down at the uw hosptiol and clinic in madison.its bad enough they took 11 tubes of blood and say they found this in her though the blood test.

just have to see how much they will pay for, craps got me looking at headstones even. then going thu all the geno stuff every one want 20 bucks or better, looking to see wht her dad died from years ago...

Ash talk to your doctors. Many times they will take what the insurance pays and wave the other money. I have had to do that at times. They wont blow off the hundreds or thousands for the $20 or 20% copay. Can't hurt to ask. As for medication you can call the company. Most have programs for those who can't afford them. They range from discount to totally free.Even hospitals will wave your portion if or at least go on a sliding scale based on your income. If none of that works email me I might be able to at least point you in a direction that might help. Having myself and my kids go through some heavy medical issues have made me be resourceful. You never know where you can find information.I have found stuff on here and reached out to old school friends that have become tops in their field to get answers to things. When its your family you can't stop until you find the answer.
