I like the fact that I'm so passionate about history, that I do what I can to save it, case in point..( ask Chazzy for the link to the German P.O.W. paintings I saved only days before they were to be destroyed)

I knew an artist, who's since passed away, that was in a Japanese P.O.W. camp, and painted his experiances with motor oil , on cardboard.
He began painting Samurai with oil upon being released, and I attended one of his showings in Vancouver shortly before he passed away.
He was an amazing human being.

Here in arapahoe & in Atlanta Nebraska, there was a POW Camp. After the war the buildings were auctioned off, one of the buildings ( the mess hall) is now a upholstery business, another ( the chapel) is the gun club house, they were going to remodel the gun club, I knew the walls were covered in paintings that one of the POW's had done. I just couldn't let them be destroyed, so me & a friend spent 3 days, cutting them out, glued them on plywood, & took them to the museum. He was pretty talented

Chazzy.......hmmmmm where do I begin..Your sense of humour sometimes goes beyond my understanding, your forgiving and kind, you put up with us always misbehaving, and tell us you care for us constantly.
Your loyalty to family and friends stands before you.. like a pillar of truth, and when someone goes quiet here, or goes through a rough time in their life, you watch over us, and will send a few words of kindness.

I like the fact that I can build anything that enters my mind..
My friend Free..I've told you how much respect I have for you, and how I've seen you reach out to another human being that may be suffering or in need..
You don't offer charity, so they are able to keep their pride, you offer a friendship with trust and loyalty...and you will try to make them laugh, and that is something we could all learn from you.

Aww, nah! Do not sell yourself so short. I know what he is referring. Youvwent above and beyond. You did have to do anything. I know you made a huge difference. You can be humble. You should also accept the pat on back. I also know you have always stepped up, even when you were far to young for the responsibility.
I like that I take , try to take, the high road.

I like the fact that I can take a leak standing up...and not piss on my enormous feet..
HMMMmmm...I might not have a chance to say this ever again..
We have probably spent thousands of hours talking to each other,....you've always made the time for me, and even when I fuck up ,and forget something very important..eventualy ...you'll forgive.
You always put others needs before your own..even if life really deals you a bad hand at the time, you will stop and help a freind....you can be relied upon.
You believe life should be an ever changing thing, never becoming stagnant or boring. You take pleasure in the simple things, your dogs, the beach, the stars at night...and you taught me how to stop, and read the sign left on the ground differently.
You opened my eyes..
