OUCH!!!!!
I am so ready for summer!!!!! I have had enough of the ice!!! I decided to take a trip and meet the sidewalk tonight. a very sore person tonight.  
Will see how well i'm moving in the morning.
Anyone else ready for spring?????

yep us too, tired of fighting with the mail and the damm box, i pulled somting in my leg and it went pop , still hurts a week or two later, wife went for a trip on her but...i told her dont step on the black ice and she does 10 minittes later over a dam smoke....use ice

It was such a nice day today and so much melting and not thinking I went out to start the car and did not think about it freezing. My foot and ankle are very sore and my back.

Know that feeling. Did that the week of New Year's. Took six weeks for my tailbone to heal up. Hope you are feeling better.

Today, I managed to stay upright. But walking on your ankle instead of your foot leaves you limping.

It is going to be another beautiful day today, going to have to make sure I salt the sidewalk when it gets dark.so it does not freeze again.

have to be carefull nowadays, dont want to endup getting shots in the spine , like us from falling on ice and so on. and they dont help...15k for the wifes set and then 7 tries for the iv , she came out telling me horrer stories

That does not sound fun at all. I'm sore enough don't need that. I think I overdid it today, should have taken it easy today, gonna be fun putting on my work boots and being on my feet all day tomorrow.
