Calving season...
For crying out loud, I woke up to 2 calves on the ground this morning....with any luck, and no sleep, I should have another 398 on the ground in a month and a half...
AGAIN...does anyone want to buy a ranch ?...I'll throw in a perfectly good still, to seal the deal...hell I'll throw in a couple horses too.

I haven't eaten veal and wont in over 25 years. But a good steak is great especially if made on an open fire.

Well...I haven't worked for anyone for decades, so I may not take orders well....Do you bale hay topless ?...If so I may consider staying on.
I'm also told I'm a hell of a good cook.

I don't know how much would get done with me topless, you would be spending to much time getting my jewelry unstuck from the hay bales! now being a good cook is a plus.

I've had that problem before with young ladies jewelry getting stuck in the bales....but haying season was long over, and the hayloft was real nice and comfy...we spent awhile looking for the "nipple ring ,in the haystack."
Can you operate a 70 horse John Deere, driving a New Holland bailer by P.T.O.?
I also see from your pic. your experienced at changing irrigation, or what we call a northern interior wet T-shirt contest.
You know...maybe we can strike up a deal on this 1400 acre ...ummmm..paradise,
I want weekends off, my pay should be 3 and a 1/2.[three meals a day and half a bed] a pre-warmed bed in winter, I won't drink any more on the job ,[won't drink any less either]...and I get a boob flash with my coffee in the morning to start my day..those are my terms.

Re: Calving season...
Just a little trivia about halos... One of the first guys to sport a halo, lived right next to a neighbour, who was into anything redneck. Had the Nascar stuff all over the lawn, or what was left of it. Well one day, he got the idea to corner him and spread this flammable putty, which later famously became known as, "Sterno." Well after lighting him up, he gave him a swift kick in the ass. This sent this god-fearing man running about in panic, up and down the street, with flames shooting up above his head. Oddly enough, that was also the neighbourhood where a country singer by the name of, "Johnny Cash" lived. I can't be sure, but it may have been where he got the idea for that song, "Ring of Fire.", but that just hearsay...

Re: Calving season...
I've never had a weekend..so I'd like to give it a try...and I only run at half speed before the coffee kicks in, so one boob should work just fine.
We'll have to fit you to a saddle, and condition your behind to alot of mountain riding. It takes 3 hours to get out of the property and out on the range lease, then another 2 hours to get to the top of the mountain , at the back end of the open range....of course pushing cows is slower.
The range is equipped with a small log cabin, or line shack,in a meadow, near water, and doesn't smell of cow shit.
It's also recommended you don't name the stock,..they have numbers for a reason...they are someone elses organic hamburgers, and steaks, so we don't name them.
If you'd like to feed the world,..for enough money to starve your family, she's all yours.

The calves go out with the cows around late June to get at the new timber grass...and weaning is usually done by the cows, if not I have a weaning pen for September...You'll also need at least three employees to hold em in the mountains, once the grass gets long they seem to stay...I've also found cowgirls, are far easier to manage than cowboys...don't worry this ranching crap is easy..

Not really...when they are older their retirement includes getting turned into dog food....and the big brass ring in their nose..that look, does nothing for me.(quote)

Brass ring in your nose?!

A Brass ring, when the penis is in use a lot, whether through much sex and/or masturbation, the corona, which is the rim of the head of the penis (just above the foreskin) takes on a purplish/pinkish, perhaps magenta color.

You got a brass ring from having excessive sex

There is the prettiest little red and white spotted calf in the neighbor's pasture. And the Jerseys have a few calves across the street. I forget how adorable they are when they are babies.
