National Chocolate cake day! January 27th!!!!
I don't think there is much I have to say about this except, I am proud to be a part of a country that celebrates something as important as this,,,,,Yes it is really "National Chocolate Cake Day. I didn't have one so tomorrow I will make one and have two pieces to make up for being late to the celebration.

. I missed that one. Also screwing up on my posting, as you can see, lol. Helpful hints: I always get my mixs on sale. Wont pay more than a buck for them. Now, put one extra egg in them, some extra oil and even more extra water. They come out moist and lighter. After you cover to cool, cut it in large sections, into an air tight container, put in fridge. Get some whipped frosting, spread in as desired. Cake will last much longer. Works on about any flavor. And your mouth will have orgasms. Also, forget the flour, Crisco alone is fine, and much easier to clean. I warm the oven to temp, put mine in for 15 minutes. Pull it out, perfect, I never miss. Never wear pot holders, that way you fry your hands, thats just funny. Just kidding!
