1st class...Whenever we have a problem it's taken care of quickly and within 24 hrs. If we can't load our pics, its done by the next day. They also take care of the people who try and sneak their E-mail address in within 24 hrs too...hahaha....

PS: I'll introduce our new customer support representative in the next couple of days. She'll be taking good care of you and I will concentrate on my 1meter long TODO list. There are way too many features which I want to implement here!

It is the best. Hands down, there is no other place on the net or off that gives better customer support.
Everything is fixed or taken care of as fast as it can be done.
I sometimes wonder, Ab, how you have any fingers left, you have worked them so hard, it's amazing you don't have stubs.

Customer support is the best on the net. The site owner actually handles every problem and answers every question. He even goes out of his way to accomodate whiners like me.
