Merry Christmas to you all ,stay safe, and try to see your family...even if they may be a big pain in the ass....... you know what I like about Mistletoe ?...it makes sexual harassment ,socially acceptable for a week and a half.

Re: MERRY CHRISTMAS
I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas, a great time with those you love, admire, respect as they do you. To ring in the new year smiling, and the feeling of caring for others remains within as we proceed through that year.
I have a lot of what I call friends here, and in reality the word seems weak in describing how I care about you! There's many to meet, an exciting thought...yet to continue the bond developed with those I know already makes the new year shine....
You are treasured, such gifts in life I've never taken lightly..
Bless you all!

Re: MERRY CHRISTMAS
Christmas sure has changed. When my dad was a kid, as he told us many, many, times, he was lucky to have gotten a candy bar for Christmas.
Granted he was born in 1922, the depression.
Fast forward in 2008, my brother, whom I dearly love.."*cough, cough....", came to my house for one night, bought a tree and the next am, his kids had had 20-30 gifts to unwrap. My dad didn't even want to come in the room with us.
This Christmas, I already learned one of my nephew's presents is $200. from his other Grandmother. Plus his birthday is 1/3. I wonder what he will get for that?
I do know how some others feel about this. This is not meant to be a rant. I just hope his kids are able to function well in the world.
I will also say, I still recall the gifts I received at this age. At his age, I was given a Mary Poppins record, which I played over and over. Tomorrow, IF I get to speak to him, will he know or be able to tell me ?
Merry Christmas.... it is all about the love, and giving of love.

Re: MERRY CHRISTMAS
I know when I was a kid , I had more fun playing with the boxes the toys came in, than the toys themselves....and yes , it's about love and giving love. I just wish i didn't have to travel thru 4 or 5 hours of blizzards on mountain roads, to see family....oh and BTW I saw a white bearded dude fly over here this morning, and he dropped a wrapped splitting axe thru the windshield of my truck and called me a HO, or at least it sounded that way...all I could see was the underside of a massive sleigh, and the bellies of flying reindeer....man Rudolph has a big dick .!
