Old Movies
I'm just watching an old movie: Sliver with Sharon Stone. That woman makes ones blood running.

One of my very favorites "O Brother Where Art Thou? "
I mean, seriously...George Clooney in a hillbilly production with a bluegrass/Gospel soundtrack, a perfect dream.

Re: Old Movies
I've incorporated some memorable lines from old movies into a couple of songs I've written. I was watching the old John Wayne movie "Big Jake" with my daughter one afternoon, which I had taken a line from. She knew my song, but had never seen the movie. When it got to the point in the movie when the line was said, her jaw dropped and said "DAAAAAD! They stole your line!" I laughed my ass off!

Re: Old Movies
I didn't watch it (again) but PBS ran the Andy Griffith film "No Time For Sergeants" last night. A wonderful classic! The forerunner for Andy's show, and the character of Gomer Pyle.
