Sometimes I wish I could sleep in till 4. Recently, my new resposibilities are more in demand now. A few days ago, 2 days in a row, I got 3 to 4 hours sleep total. Well, after I do the laundry and go to the pharmacy, maybe I can sneak a cat nap in, with anything from 1 to cats, lol.

maybe, but i doubt it, i never fall asleep until at least 1 am. idk why. it kinda sucks when i gotta get up at 5:30 and some days i put in 16 hours on 4 hours of sleep.

I don't know anybody who actually gets 6-8 hours sleep a night. 4-5 hours is a good night for me.

i seem to get about 6 or 7 a night ,the wife wakes early , mostly to go pee , sometimes i do too, floors creak too much, wakes me up, and she sneeks off for a smoke after...or one of the cats start screwing around , one hisss at the other and so on....then the trains start at 8 am 3 times till noon , dont need no clock

Don't hate me but I'm a eight hour a night guy...six or less and I can't function well, and end up having mishaps.

I agree. I dont even need an alarm clock. When around 7&1/2 have passed, I automatically wake up. I wont deny that I need my beauty rest. Staying as pretty as I am takes a bit of work
