Soooo...
Is the world still ending on 12/21/12 or was that cancelled?
I haven't heard much about it lately.. which kind of surprises me I guess. I was too young to remember Y2K but I imagine there was a lot of talk about it, at least in the month prior! And this is supposed to be 'it', the end of the Mayan calendar. Where are the crazy people?!
Have you heard anything about it recently? Does anyone actually believe that its the end?

I really dont believe the hype. But if it were true, not a whole lot I could do about it, so if it ends, it ends. Maybe I will post a ha ha topic on the 22nd.

Well the Mayans failed to predict their own extinction, and the tablet with the hryoglyphics is actually broken, and incomplete.....besides I havn't slept with Haley Barry , so it's impossible for the world to end.

Just watched a show on this very thing last night. No one really knows what going to happen, or if it's really going to happen at all. Some say, the Mayan calendar will just start all over again, no big deal. So I guess we'll see if the Earth gets sucked up into a big black hole, or maybe a huge solar storm hits us, or Haley Berry sleeps with Sybian. Life will go on in some form or another, or maybe not.

Nat Geo runs the series "Doomsday Preppers"...it's pretty cool show, people stockpiling weapons and ammo, food, meds and water, building bunkers.
All getting ready for some time of global disaster.

Yes, Im no fun today, I know. Chazzy, the Preppers are more right than wrong. Why would I mislead others? I cannot go as extreme as they do, but do have a good pantry, treated up a bunch of water, bottled it up for emergencies. In a lot of things in life, its better to be prepared and not need it, than to be needed, and not prepared.
