Yep, I like when-------------
People or institutions think they're smarter than I am. Some actually are, however, most have the practical sense of a doormat. 
I mentioned in another thread about filling bancruptcy.
The bank [of course] rejected the Chap. 13 plan. [this would of cost them about $20,000.
So, I keep my Jeep and they get the truck back. This will cost them over $27,000.
Yup, I like smart people.
