one year ago.
it was one year ago today that i lost the most important woman in my life to pancreatic cancer. r.i.p. mom. the U of M is currently developing a drug that has had a major effect on the cancer cells found in pancreatic cancer, among other cancers as well. it has been tested on mice with positive results, they are currently awaiting FDA approval for testing on humans. i hope it eliminates cancer entirely.

Condolences once again, L & H! The year of "firsts" is a tough one. I know, the 21st, was the one year anniversary of my Dad's death to lung cancer. Hang on to the memories, like Kiss said. It doesn't make it better, but it makes it a little easier. Bless you, Friend.
