Scariest place to spend Halloween
We do this every year, but it's a fun fantasy thing, I like to think it over and choose a different place (or more than one place) every year.
This year, maybe a campout on Halloween night at Pum Punka.....oooOOOOooo that's scary!

The scariest place I can think of is anywhere near my ex-husband, but that has nothing to do with Halloween.

That reminds me. I need to take down the cobwebs for Halloween. It's a tradition.

Re: Scariest place to spend Halloween
In the seaside town Fernandina Beach, with its rich history and more than 450 structures on the National Register of Historic Places, stories of ghosts and haunting in some of the old homes and buildings here, have passed from generation to generation. Ghost Tours are offered here year round in the historic district, a popular activity with visiting tourists.
Haunts like the Palace Saloon and Florida House Inn have spirits to drink and stories of other spirits, too. "Uncle Charlie," the ghost of a bartender who started serving pub patrons in 1906, lived in a room at the Palace Saloon in the old days and passed away there in his room in 1960. Uncle Charlie, in life, had a presence at the pub for 54 years. It's said he makes appearances at this historic saloon on Centre Street in Fernandina Beach.
My friends Wanda and Rachel worked the The Palace Saloon and will lay testimony to their nights with "Charlie", as will some bands who stayed overnight upstairs.
Several friends also experience sitings of ghost upstairs at Slider's Seaside.

Re: Scariest place to spend Halloween
Two of my kids have gone to Eastern State Penitentiary and said it was great. Niether scares to easy as far as that stuff goes, so I guess its pretty good. Ive always wanted to go but something always happens that I never get to go when planned. I have given up.
We have the biggest Halloween parade in the country and I think the world in Toms River and being there can be pretty scary. It's only because of the people not anything supernatural. Not sure if my son is doing a float or just a party at the bar. I wouldn't mind going to the bar it's not as scary but more fun than the parade in my opinion. My daughter I believe is doing a float in the parade this year. Its for charity so I might have to go for a while.
Greenwich Village has an awesome parade. Some consider it scary but I just think its fun. Strange but fun.
