An excavator kicked my ass this weekend.I always pride myself on being able to operate most anything from giant Dozers to big cranes weird machinery cause I'm a heavy Mechanic,but that shouldn't be confused with me being able to doing it smooth like with great finesse.

I have this condition and I don't remember the name. It is like 27 letters long. It began about 3 years ago, it comes and goes. It is an actually a medical condition which causes the finger tips to become visibly red, swollen, and painful.
Probably doesn't sound like much but I don't like it.

Only 40 to go. Trying to get to 190 from 283. This diet plan only causes me to lose 2 to 3 pounds a week. I'm in what my body calls, "Hitting a brick wall". Only lost a pound in two weeks. I think I'm at the stage of no return and my body is in panic mode, but I've been on it for so long that I'll force myself to drop more. The biggest trial is in exercise. I used to walk 5 miles, every other day, after work, but the weather's gotten colder. I'm going out today to buy one of those stationary-peddle-bikes you can put under a desk or chair. That should work. So excuse me if my posts seem jumpy as I try to do two things at once. Coordination takes practice...
