Cannot even imagine 400 acres. I have 50 and a 150 yr old house which I love (un-level floors are character in my book) When first decided marriage was over I was hell bent I would not leave my home, but now I have decided although I COULD do it on my own, because I am a determined bitch & would never let him see me fail, I've decided I really do not WANT to spend my evening and weekends mowing, trimming, fixing, repairing (or paying someone to do any of it). I love time on my patio drinking wine with my thoughts or my friends. So getting ready to put it all up for sale, find something small that I can take care of & still enjoy the finer things called LIFE.
So I get the love for the land, as well as the occasional frustration of it's energy consumption Syb - so whine away your way and I will wine mine

A nice town house JLee. You own your own joint, but somebody does all the maintenance for you. Where I am, they mow the lawns, plow the driveways, clean the gutters, all of the gardening and trimming, seal the driveways and pretty much everything outside of the house. It's cheaper than anyone I could hire on my own to do all of that. I love it

I actually tried Wranglers a few years ago. Didn't like em. For me, it's strictly Levis 514 Low Rise. They're slim fit and they keep my junk tightly packaged.

different strokes for different folks - and that goes for jeans too, jeans must fit the man. I love a man in well fitting jeans, properly contouring ass & package, nice pair of boots, shirt not required - mmmm mmm mmm

So when guys call each other out when they are drinking we refer to it as beer muscles. What should we call two men that are drinking and are thousands of miles away from each other when they call each other out? Oh yeah, IDIOTS! J/K
