Well ... my experiance here has been the exact opposite, I find everybody here including the staff very helpful, and well mannered. The people here are as real as it gets, and I'm not sure how long you've been a member, or what your experiance involved..but give them and this site a fair chance, sometimes the staff are just busy,as they do have real lives, and I'm confidant they will handle your concerns....if you show a little patience you may find that you'll make some connections here, as I have...and in all fairness maybe you should follow up on this post with how satisfied, or unsatisfied... you are with your treatment. Good luck with your concerns.

Well bud, I did run across a site, where ppl are really ignorant and rude. Calling names, hammering each other, just nasty with each other. Needless to say, I chose not to play there. If you really want to compare sites, I will be happy to share that piece of crap with, and you will really appreciate WN.

That very subject came up in the lobby, perhaps he ran into someone there and assumed he was talking to a moderator , and had a bad experience ,I for one, thought he crossed a line . Just remember ...what the first three letters in the word assume are.

He is either as Chunky said just trying to stir the pot into something or he might have ran into someone claiming to be a mod. That is one thing this site does not clarify well. Most sites the Admins, Mods, Sages, etc are very noticeable because they are in another color and/or Font to distinguish them easily. Some have a symbol before their name. It does make it much easier to figure out if you really are a staff member. I know I have helped people on sites and some have thought that I was and admin or whatever and I was able to explain how to figure out who the real admins were. Maybe you guys can ask UNF to do something like that for you to avoid future confusion.
I wouldn't worry about this guy. If he really wanted some help or to contact you, you would have heard by now.Most people have no problem bitching when they are pissed off I have proven that to you many times myself.

also as a mmo player when you have names lie his or vf or vsdfyuw they tend to be hackers but in this case lets say another site trying to get business away from this site. or some kind of combo. trust the gamer that's a flamer and an anime lover that is also a part time troll (only when needs to be) full time lover ^_^
