Summer flings
Summer's end is closing in...did you have a "fling" ? Ya know, summer romance, go on vacation or hook up with someone vacationing in your area?
I think my first real true love was when I was about 14 and the family went to Florida for a vacation, it was my first time seeing an ocean, I lived on the beach and met a gorgoues older boy there vacationing too...those kind of memories never fade.

Nothing wild or exotic to report here. Biggest summer events so far... learning I'm going to be a great-uncle again; and attending my high school's annual alumni banquet and my high school class' 35th year reunion. Still looking for my area's last big summer hurrah - an annual festival held on the shores of the Ohio River, simply called River Days. There will be music and carnival type rides and lots of food vendors. I guess in the grand scheme of the cosmos... maybe more is happening on Mars LOL.

Oops, I slept through summer. All rested up for winter hibernation. I believe that would be a no on the fling thing.

If your ever on a deck and need to fling something, letting go of it is key. Otherwise you could go sailing right off the the damn thing!...Just saying.
